PakLogistics Platform
PakLogistics manages hundreds of shipments daily across Pakistan. Their manual processes with spreadsheets and phone calls were causing delays and errors. We built a full logistics management platform with real-time GPS tracking, automated invoice generation, driver assignment and route optimization, and a customer portal for shipment tracking. The system transformed their operations from chaotic to streamlined.
The Challenge
Everything was managed through spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Shipments were frequently lost, invoices had errors, and customers had no way to track their orders. The business was losing clients to more organized competitors.
Our Solution
We built a centralized platform with Socket.io for real-time shipment tracking, Google Maps integration for route optimization, automated invoice generation with PDF exports, and a customer-facing portal with live tracking links. Driver mobile app allows status updates and proof of delivery.
